ICEHIPHOP offers a return policy on all purchased products, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us via “Contact Us” or email ([email protected]). We will immediately post a return address with detailed instructions.

IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you:

1.Return the item to us within 15 days of receipt or within 30 days of purchase date for an exchange.
2.All refunds are subject to a $10 processing and shipping fee deducted from the amount.
3.All sales items are final Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of purchase.The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.You must include all packaging materials.
4.You must pay for any return shipping expense.
5.Display the order # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
6.ICEHIPHOP will replace defective items up to 2 times. If the second replacement item is defective then ICEHIPHOP requires that the item be sent back and we will refund your original order.
7.The refunded amount will be credited back to the account from which you originally paid.

After dispatching the package for you, we will email you the tracking number of the order, which means your package is starting to ship.

The chains attached to the pendant are all set and cannot be replaced with other chains.

We are more than happy to make changes to existing orders.
All changes must be made before the order ships.

Orders will arrive 10-14 days after the successful order date.

We do not currently accept cryptocurrencies.

Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. ICEHIPHOP will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out.
If your order was canceled it’s likely that we reached out and did not hear back.

Returns and Refunds Process

ICEHIPHOP will provide the address and please return the goods to the address provided by ICEHIPHOP.
In the event that we have checked that the jewelry is undamaged, we will also refund it to your original payment account.

Orders ship Monday through Friday.
ICEHIPHOP is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Light custom jewelry is usually shipped within 7 days after the payment is completed. Please pay attention to the order time.
